You may choose the style of roof: Slate or Wood.
You may choose the color: White or Red Brick.
 
It looks fantastic painted and will be a great addition to any housing you currently play with.
 
This piece comes Assembled & Painted. It comes in three pieces. The Roof and the First and Second Floors. The Roof is removable. It does not include any accessories, as shown in the pic of the painted model.
 
This House features a wood floor, a wood staircase to the second floor and a wood floor on the Second level. I first made it with a wood roof, but it can be made with a slate roof. It can be painted red brick, or white brick. It looks great either way! Get two and see the difference for yourself!
 
Accessories are available for purchase. Just tell me what you want. :) I'll give you a quote. They are difficult to price for sale, there are so many. :)
 
This Listing is made to order. It takes a day to cast, a day to dry, more than a few days to paint and a day to pack and ship. Please expect it to ship in a week or two. It just depends how busy I am in da'shoppe or if I'm traveling, which I used to do a lot of.. but well not so much anymore. *sigh*
 
The 2 story brick house will come shipped USPS in a fairly large box, and double boxed, the first and second floors separate from the roof. Hence the large box. Shipping will vary based on your location but will range between 30-50$ I also offer bulk shipping. Its just smart. Goblins are Smart. *grin*
