This piece comes Assembled & Painted. AND With the pictured Accessories. It comes in three pieces. The Roof and the First and Second Floors. The Roof is removable.  It does not include the mini. It’s for scale purposes only. 
 
This House features a wood floor, a wood staircase to the second floor and a wood floor on the Second level. I first made it with a wood roof, but it can be made with a slate roof. This model is being sold as is, as pictured, with the accessories: bed, bed stands, stool, dresser, desk and chair. 
 
Accessories are available for purchase.  Just tell me what you want. :) I'll give you a quote. They are difficult to price for sale, there are so many. :) 
 
The 2 story brick house will come shipped USPS in a fairly large box, and double boxed, the first and second floors separate from the roof. Hence the large box. Shipping will vary based on your location but will range between 30-50$ I also offer bulk shipping. Its just smart. Goblins are Smart. *grin*
