The Stone Rubble da'Cottage is one of my favorite pieces!

You may choose the style of roof: Slate or Wood. 
You may choose the style of the floor: Stone Rubble or Wood. 
You may choose the color: Grey Tones or Earth Tone! Earth tone is pictured. I haven't actually painted it gray tone yet, but I'm confident it would look smashing. 
 
This piece comes Assembled & Painted. It comes in two pieces. The Roof and the Cottage. The Roof is removable.  It does not include any accessories, as shown in the pic of the painted model.
 
The Stone Rubble Cottage features a fireplace in the cottage, and a chimney on the outside wall. 
 
Accessories are available for purchase.  Just tell me what you want. :) I'll give you a quote. They are difficult to price for sale, there are so many. :) 
 
This Listing is made to order. It takes a day to cast, a day to dry, a few days to paint and a day to pack and ship. Please expect it to ship in a week or two. It just depends how busy I am in da'shoppe or if I'm traveling, which I used to do a lot of.. but well not so much anymore. *sigh* 
 
The cottage will come shipped USPS in a large box, and double boxed, the house separate from the roof. Hence the large box. Shipping will vary based on your location but will range between 30-50$ I also offer bulk shipping. Its just smart. Goblins are Smart. *grin*
